[color=#000000][font=宋体]本次[/font][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][font=宋体]对[/font][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][font=宋体]对抗赛将在全国[/font][font=Times New Roman]112[/font][font=宋体]个城市展开。比赛将在周末进行，每个周末同时有[/font][font=Times New Roman]8[/font][font=宋体]个城市进行比赛，共历时[/font][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][font=宋体]个半月。比赛采取单淘汰赛制。每个队伍两名球员，不增设替补。城市海选赛时每队比赛[/font][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][font=宋体]分钟。分数高者获胜。总决赛时，每队比赛[/font][font=Times New Roman]12[/font][font=宋体]分钟，分成[/font][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][font=宋体]个[/font][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][font=宋体]分钟进行比赛，分数高者获胜。全国共选出[/font][font=Times New Roman]112[/font][font=宋体]支男子队伍以及[/font][font=Times New Roman]112[/font][font=宋体]支女子队伍参加在上海总决赛。最后优胜的两支冠军队伍将有机会观看[/font][font=Times New Roman]NBA[/font][font=宋体]季前赛中国赛区。[/font][/color]
